Paneer Fried Rice || Quick Lunch Box Option || Healthy One Pot Meal || Street style Paneer Fried Rice

 Hello Viewers Welcome back to prathus Food. Although we cook huge varieties coming from breakfast to dinner, but for every meal what to cook is the biggest puzzle to all ladies. Don't even ask me how much planning must be done for lunch box menu to meet the rules it must be filling, satisfying , not a routine one, new variety, tasty, healthy and it must suit for elders and kids otherwise who cooks one variety for one's box. In this learning , experimenting process I have learnt this beauty which can be prepared with less ingredients and also very quick.

       Process of cooking paneer fried rice is same as regular Chinese fried rice but a 2 mins process is extra, if we are getting a new variety, new compliment for spending 2 minutes isn't it worthy. Generally I am little scared to experiment paneer with rice varieties as little process here and there makes paneer so dry hard and taste less. To my surprise as I started with so many doubts it turned out be my family's favorite and tastes really different than regular Chinese Fried Rice. So why late Let's garb the ingredients to make Paneer Fried Rice.

Ingredeints:

  • Rice                -  2 Cups
  • Water              - 1 - 3/4 Cup
  • Oil                   - 3 Tblspns
  • Soy sauce        - 3 drops
  • Garlic              - 3 Crushed
  • Carrot             - Finely Chopped 1/4 Cup
  • Beans              - Finely Chopped  1/4 Cup
  • Spring Onion  - 1 Tblspn
  • Salt                   - acc to taste
  • White Pepper Powder  - 1 Tblspn(adjust)
  • Paneer                - 200 gms
  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tblspns
  • Red ChilliPowder 1 tspn

Method:

  1. Cook rice in (rice)1 : 3/4(water) by adding 1 tspn oil.
  2. Mix little bit and keep open to expose to air in case of any moist, this step is just to get rice to rice seperated and doesn't turn soft/ mashy while frying again.
  3. Heat Kadai, add 1 Tblspn of oil, add Paneer Cubes(smaller than that we use for gravy) toss it in high flame.
  4. Add tomato ketchup , pinch of salt, red chilli powder and toss till light brown. Don't over cook paneer turns hard.
  5. Take it off from heat and keep a side.
  6. Heat a wide opened kadai, add oil, garlic crushed , soy sauce, then add carrot, beans and toss in high flame for 2 mins. it must not turn soft.
  7. Now add cooked rice, salt, pepper powder, tossed paneer, spring onion and mix gently to spread all ingredeints to rice evenly.
  8. Cook for 3 to 5 mins, serve hot.
  9. It's tastiest lunch box option.
