Tomato Masala Oats


Today I am posting Indian style masala oats for Indian taste buds. Now a days weightloss is concern for almost all age groups, but so many have concern to how to consume it ..Taking daily in form is boering if we take in differant forms it works for our taste and weight too..In this process I tried this recipe and was 100 percent satisfied .please do try and let me know the result.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes - 2 small

Oats -1 Cup

Rasam Powder / any masala - 1/2 Tblspoon

Garlic. -3 pods

Tamarind. -1 Tblspn (optional)

Red Chilli Powder - 1 tspn

Jaggary. - 1 tspn (optional)

Salt. -as per taste


Method : 

1) Boil tomatoes, grind all ingredients except oats

2)Dry roast oats for 2 mins, add water and cook till soft

3)Now add grounded mixture, salt and allow to cook for 5 mins

4 )Serve hot , top it with coriander leaves.
