Ingredients:
Idli Batter - 1 cup


Besan - 2 teaspoons

Rice Flour - 1 teaspoon

Salt - according to taste

Onion - 1(Finely Chopped)

Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon

Oil - for Deep Frying


Method:


  • Take a Wide opened bowl, mix besan, rice flour, salt, chopped onion, red chilli powder with idli batter, it should be thick batter for fritters.

  • Heat oil in a deep frying vessel, use your fingers to drop the batter in the oil to form small fritters. Deep fry till they turn golden brown. Use a ladle to keep turning the fritters so that it cooks on all sides.

  • Once it turn into golden brown, remove them on to absorbent paper. Serve as evening snack.
