Coming to recipe mirchi curry is an authentic curry recipe made in 5 mins with minimal, can be stored for 15 days with out refridgerating. Best recipe for working woman, bachelors, travel.. Few people pack this and send to overseas too  for their families for it's taste and shelf life. Lett's move to recipe.

  • Green Chillies             - 250 gms
  • Besan/chickpea flour   - 1 Cup
  • Salt                               - Acc to taste
  • Oil                                - 1/4 Cup
  • Mustard Seeds              - 1/4 tspn
  • Urad Dal                       - 1/4 tspn
  • Jeera                              -1/4 tspn
  • Redchillies                    - 2


  1. Finely Chop Green Chillies.
  2. Mix Besan with salt, keep a side.
  3. Heat Oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, urad dal, jeera, red chillies.
  4. Add green Chillies , fry till it turns black.
  5. Now add Besan, adjust flame to low, stir to mix evenly to make sure no change of colour.
  6. allow it to cook 5 mins.
  7. It can be stored for 15 days with out refrdigerating, best side dish for roti's.
