Potatoes - 2(Boiled and cut into small cubes)
Chana Dal - 1 cup(Soaked and boiled)
Pomegranate Seeds - 1/2 cup(Optional)
Tomato -1 (Finely Chopped)
Onion - 1(Finely Chopped)
Salt - According to taste
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 teaspoon
Lime - 1
Coriander Leaves - 2 teaspoons
Butter - 2 teaspoon
Shajeera - 1 - 2 teaspoons
- Take a wide opened bowl, add chana dal and boiled potato cubes and mix well.
- Add chopped onion, tomato, salt, chaat masala, garam masala, pavbhaji masala and mix well.
- Heat butter in a kadai, add shajeera, saute for 2 minutes, add this butter to chaat.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, squeeze lemon.
- Serve as a snack.
