Pesara Laddu/Moong dal laddu/



Ingredients:

Moong dal/Pesara pappu - 1 cup
Powdered Suger - 1 cup(adjust)
Dry Fruits - 1/2 cup(Cashews/Badam/Raisins)
Ghee - 1/2 cup(Adjust)

Method:
  • Fry The Moong Dal without using oil for 5 mins to loose rawness
  • Grind it to a smooth powder add suger and mix well
  • Fry dry fruits in ghee
  • Add Ghee and dryfruits to the powder so as to make laddus
