Masala Atukulu


Today I am blogging a very traditional snack item of telangana, karnataka, Very easy cum yummy sanck. We can also take this during any type of fasting without using onion. I will share you how to make powders as early as possible, We can store these powders for 1 year once u prepare, tastes great with rice too with any pickle. Chutney powder tastes sour and sweets as we use tamarind, jaggery.If you dont want sweet taste you can avoid this powder but adds good flavour to snack.


Ingredients:
Atukulu/Rice flakes - 3 cups
Oil - 1/2 cup
Ground Nuts - 1 cup
Chutney Powder - 3 table spoons
Minthi powder - 2 table spoons(Minthi pindi)
Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon - 1


Salad:
Cucumber - 1
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
raddish - 1
green chillies - 2
Raw Mango - 1
Coriander leaves- 3 tea spoons





Method:
Heat Rice flakes in a cooking pan for 5 minutes.
Add Chutney Powder, Minthi pindi, groundnuts, chilli powder, oil and mix well
Chop finely all ingredients of salad
Serve as a snack with salad.
