Dry Red Chillies/Chilli powder - 2 teaspoon(adjust)
Putani - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon(adjust)
Jeera - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 3 flakes
- Heat a pan, saute red chillies, Jeera for two minutes, take it away from heat, let it cool.
- Take a mixer jar, add red chillies, jeera, salt, putani, garlic and grind it to a coarse powder
- Mix hot ghee while serving.
